Senior Key Account Manager (Influencer Agency - ITTIFY)
We’re looking for a strong Senior Key Account Manager to step into a leadership role — not just to manage key clients, but to act as the right-hand to the management team. This person will be the glue across teams, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, the team is supported, and always moving toward growth.

Job Description
🔹 Agency Leadership & Team Support

Act as the agency lead to support the overall operation team

Work closely with the manager to monitor team performance, workload, and welfare

Identify areas for process improvement and support day-to-day issue resolution

Mentor junior team members and help build a positive, collaborative team culture
🔹 Client & Campaign Management

Maintain and grow strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and ensure timelines, quality, and KPIs are met

Provide strategic input and creative recommendations to drive better results

Analyze campaign data and create performance reports with actionable insights
🔹 Innovation & Business Expansion

Bring fresh ideas to the table – new campaign formats, influencer strategies, platforms, and revenue opportunities

Proactively identify ways to add value to clients and grow existing accounts

Keep a pulse on market and platform trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve
🔹 Performance & Internal Alignment

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Talent Managers, Sales, Ops) to ensure number alignment

Help track team and client performance metrics, using data to recommend improvements

Assist in quarterly reviews and internal business planning
Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital agency

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Previous experience leading a small team or being a team lead

Familiarity with TikTok, IG, YouTube, XHS, and other social platforms

Ability to propose new solutions to improve revenue or internal efficiency
