Job Description

🔹 Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies, building long-term relationships.

  • Understand client business objectives and provide consultative solutions using iMedia’s suite of products.

  • Lead campaign briefings, proposal presentations, and post-campaign reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with internal content, creative, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

 

🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of key accounts across various industries (FMCG, telco, property, etc.).

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across iMedia’s platforms (Media Publishers, Influencers, Social Media, DOOH, Events, etc)

  • Craft compelling proposals and close deals that align with both client goals and iMedia’s strategic direction.

 

🔹 Strategy & Market Insights

  • Stay on top of digital media trends, competitor moves, and audience behavior.

  • Provide actionable insights and market intelligence to clients and internal teams.

  • Co-create marketing strategies that leverage iMedia’s strengths in content, influencer marketing, and audience reach.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital media sales, advertising, or account management.

  • Proven sales track record with strong client relationships in Malaysia.

  • Solid understanding of digital ad formats, content marketing, influencer campaigns, and media planning.
     

  • ✅ Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both in Bahasa Malaysia and English).

  • Strong project management and time management abilities.

  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
