SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

You get that social media is like a dinner party, and you want to be an interesting guest that everyone wants to hang out with... not a hard-sell, look-good-only MLM agent in disguise that everyone is trying to avoid. 🚩🚩🚩

iCanvas, the exciting new agency division of iMedia Asia, is looking for you - an experienced Social Media Manager to manage & grow our clients' social media platforms. 

Job Description
  • Manage our clients' social media accounts on a variety of platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 

  • Creatively plan the content calendar and other socmed initiatives and bring them to life 

  • Work with a team of creatives to create interesting, relevant, and on-trend socmed content 

  • Analyse & prepare performance reports using socmed tools 

  • Effectively engage with audiences and grow the page, with or without boosts 

  • Meet and/or set KPIs for social media campaigns, e.g. Engagements, reach, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Social media as a second nature - you know your trends, and you 💯 know better than to use 2010 memes unless ironically 

  • Familiarity with different platforms, their tools (e.g. Groups, stickers, filters) and their best practices

  • Experience in managing & creating content for social media accounts 

  • Experience in using relevant social media tools (e.g. Social listening, trend research, competitor analysis etc.)

  • Ability to advise, propose, and manage clients directly and maturely 

  • Clear understanding of digital marketing & social media performance metrics 

  • Experience in socmed ad boosting & knowledge in best practices 

  • Sound copywriting skills & an eye for designs 

  • Sound English & BM language skills 

  • Minimum 3 years experience (agency background would be an advantage but not a necessity)
