iCanvasthe new agency arm of iMedia Asia, is looking for you - a Social Media Executive to help manage & grow our clients' social media platforms. In this mid-level role, you will directly report to the Social Media Manager. 

Job Description
  • Help our clients' social media accounts on a variety of platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) 

  • Creatively plan the content calendar and other socmed initiatives and bring them to life

  • Create interesting, relevant, and on-trend socmed content 

  • Analyse & prepare performance reports using socmed tools 

  • Effectively engage with audiences and grow the page, with or without boosts 

  • Meet and/or set KPIs for social media campaigns, e.g. Engagements, reach, etc.

  • Together with the socmed manager, to help manage the clients for your accounts 

Job Requirements

  • Social media is second nature to you

  • You know what trends are hot and simple hacks to engage with users 

  • Friendly, responsive, and responsible as this is a client-facing role 

  • Good content creation skills (English copywriting, design, video editing - Canva, CapCut and the likes are acceptable) 

  • Experience in analytics, troubleshooting, and reporting 

  • Experience in community management and social listening 

  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing would be a plus 

  • Team-player with a easy-going attitude who communicates and works well with others 

  • Minimum 2 years experience (agency background preferred)
