Job Description​

• This is a senior role where you are required to manage the content direction for an up-and-coming female-focused English language website

• Lead a team of writers and digital content producers to create, produce and manage high-quality content on all channels (site and social media assets)

• Supervise visual layout of content on the site

• Edit, proofread and suggest improvements to the brand's content

• Grow User and Pageview traffic for the website

• Grow Users and ensure a healthy engagement rate for the site's social media assets

• Determine and track important KPIs for the brand and the team

• Track and analyse website’s traffic on a consistent basis

• Keep abreast with new trends in web technology

Job Requirements​

• Minimum 2 years experience as an editor, senior writer or similar position

• Live and breathe female-focused content covering trending topics, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and women empowerment

• Hands-on experience with Website Publishing tools

• Excellent writing and proofreading skills

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledgeable about various social media platforms, it's tools and basic website SEO

• Have understanding of basic digital copyright and privacy regulations
